17 months

You are 17 months old now. You have grown up so much. You love watching YoGabbaGabba and Spongebob. You will walk into the room and say "Gabba Peas" (gabba please).

You are a joy to be around. You can point out your whole book of animal magnets and love to play with you letter magnets. You are really smart.

We are getting ready to celebrate your second Christmas and are so excited. I really think you are going to have a blast this year. You are old enough to be aware of what is going on and you love tearing paper.

16 Months

I am having a really hard time accepting the fact that you are 16 months old. You have grown so much. It is an amazing thing to watch you learn new things everyday. You are so smart. You can name 7 different animals (zebra, dog, cat, lion, fish, turtle, hippo) and you can point out several more. You have a very large vocabulary for your age. You are walking all over the place. You can jump. You catch and throw the ball with your daddy. You can name several parts of your body, your favorite being your belly button. You are so sweet when you give hugs because you pat our backs like we have always done yours.

I love you more than you will ever know.

15 months

You are walking everywhere!! It is really getting hard to keep you still. You are talking up a storm also. We counted how many words you can say and the total came to 28! We are so proud of you. You have such a kind heart. It is amazing how much you change on a weekly basis.

We bought you a training potty and you love to sit on it. We aren't pushing training you yet though. We just wanted you to be comfortable with it when we start. I can't wait to teach you new things.

Your daddy started a new job last month. You would be so proud of him. He works everyday that he doesn't have school. Poor guy doesn't get a break. He wants what is best for you. You walked in the room today with your play phone and were saying "Hey Daddy" in the phone. I know you miss him when he is gone, but he is trying his best to provide for you.

We both love you with all of our hearts.

14 months

You amaze me more everyday. It is unbelievable how much you can change in just a month.

You are saying so many words I can't begin to write them all down. You can walk now. It is really cute. When you walk you look like a little sumo wrestler.

Your daddy and I are so blessed to have you in our lives. You won't be able to understand the happiness until you have children of your own. I love you more than words can say.

13 months

I am so impressed with what a sweet, caring, affectionate little girl you have become. You are doing so many cute things now. You learned how to say "cat", "Kevin", and "dance". When you say dance you start moving around like you are dancing.

I can't get over how adorable you are. You are sleeping in your own crib now. You don't have your bottles anymore. We are still working on you learning how to walk. You are getting close though.

Happy Birthday

I can't begin to find the words to tell you how much you have changed my life. You are an angel. One year ago today you entered our lives and made this world a better place.

I can't believe how fast this year has gone by. You are such a beautiful girl. You are caring and sweet. As I type this you are in my lap kissing my arm. I hope to be able to give you the kind of life you deserve.

You aren't walking yet but I imagine it won't be long before you are. You are having two parties this year. You can't even comprehend how many people love you.

11 months old

You are 11 months old today. You are so funny! I love how you try really hard to make people laugh. I can't even tell you how many people have commented on you being such a happy baby.

We had birthday pictures taken for you the other day. We brought in a smash cake so that we could get your first cake experience on film. You hated the cake! I have never seen you look more disgusted in your life! I was completely surprised at your reaction.

You are crawling everywhere. I can't believe how fast you can move. We have had too set up gates and keep you and Blue separated so you don't torment him. I don't think that you are to far from learning how to walk. You will pull up on the couch and walk the length of it.

You are also learning how to talk. Here are the things you can say already:

Happy 10 months

You turned 10 months old on Mother's Day. You have made mine and your father's (well everyone who knows you really) lives perfect. I can't imagine not having you around. You give my life a direction and a purpose.

I had the best Mother's Day. Everyone kept telling me how cute and well behaved you are.

You have started crawling, and you crawl everywhere! You can pull up on stuff and you have actually taken a few steps (assisted of course).

Your dad and I are starting to plan for your birthday party. It is going to be so much fun!

9 months old

I am really beginning to think that you are going to skip crawling and go straight to walking. I love watching you try so hard though. You are such a determined little girl. It is amazing watching you grow and figure things out on your own.

You have learned how to give people kisses. It was so cute when we first figured out you could do it. I was watching you play in the floor and you would pick up Princess Bear and give her a kiss and put her down.

You are such a sweet baby. You are so good when we take you out places. I could not have asked for a more perfect child. I love you.

You are eight months old now. Yay!!

You were amazing on our cruise. I can't believe that you slept on both of the planes down to Miami. I never expected you to be so good. I know you got fussy at dinner most of the time but I will take the blame for that one. I shouldn't have let us eat so late. The staff loved you. Your dad and I love hearing how cute you are.

You are a very lucky little girl. During your eight months of life you have been to 3 different states and four different countries (including the ones you live in). I can't wait to be able to show you more of the world. Your dad and I want you to be able to experience everything.

I wish the plane rides home went as smoothly as the ones to Miami. You were not happy at all. It probably had something to do with your third tooth coming in.

You are getting so close to being able to crawl. I think you are going to be like your Uncle William and skip crawling and just go to walking. We are working on it though.

I can't believe your 7 months old!

Wow, I can't believe that you are already 7 months old. You are such an amazing little person already.

Your favorite game right now is grabbing your daddy's hair and laughing at him.
Your laugh is so cute. When I imagined having a baby I didn't even imagine you would be as cute as you are.

We are getting ready to go on a cruise in a few weeks. I am kind of nervous because I have never flown with an infant before. I really hope that the ear popping won't hurt you to bad.

You are six months old today. You amaze me more everyday.As I'm typing this you are still awake at 2:45 am screaming because you are teething. Even though you rarely let us sleep your daddy and I are beyond thrilled to have you in our lives.

Christmas was so much fun with you. You opened most of your own presents. I have never seen you look more cute than you did when you opened your first gift. You loved the wrapping paper. It was by far the best Christmas I had ever had.

You are rolling over alot more now. You have mastered rolling both ways. You are even trying to crawl a little. I know it won't be long before you are scooting all over the place.
